Brock University Lecture

I gave a lecture at the Brock Functional Inclusive Training (Bfit) program at Brock University in St. Catherines, Ontario, on April 9, 2026, titled “Aging Well, Living Fully: Biomechanics and Ergonomics and Sexual Well-Being.” Topics covered included resources on sex and aging, biomechanics of sex, and preventing hip dislocation during sex following total hip replacement. My hosts chose the Canada Games Park hockey arena as the venue, which is why it looks like chairs set on a sports arena floor.
